Title: Coffee Team Lead
Purpose: To make our Sunday morning coffee and (presently) donuts and glutenfree/vegan snacks available to our community.
Responsible to: Director of Servant Ministry
Description of Duties: Make sure the team is full (4-5 members)-one person per Sunday. Train new folks to the team. Be the contact should no one be able to switch, perhaps filling in as needed (RARELY happens with the present folks but could..ie when children do not have Sunday school, that person usually takes the Sunday off and you may have to fill in). When needing to fill an empty position, write a brief piece for the bulletin and submit following guidelines (found on homepage of web site), submit to powerpoint@stlukeshr.com (they can build if you give them the info) and be the contact.
Watch coffee and tea supplies – if you run out, contact Office Administrator. Farmers Brothers comes once a month-you can leave a note (if not urgent and tape to area by tea in kitchen). Donuts-if any problems let Director of Servant Ministry know.
*Time Requirements: a few minutes of emails should you need to find a substitute.
Term: 2years or longer if you are enjoying!
